Privacy policy
How QuickieTime handles account emails, sessions, AI inputs, saved generations, browser storage and deletion requests.
Effective for this self-hosted release. Operator: HostingSpell LLP. This policy describes the application as shipped; the operator must keep it accurate if providers, analytics or retention settings change.
Information used to run the service
We store your verified email address, account creation date, hashed session tokens, saved generations, favorites and project names. Daily quota records and temporary abuse-prevention records use hashed identifiers. The application does not deliberately log prompts, generated text, sign-in codes or raw network addresses.
AI processing
When you generate or transform text, the brief, relevant context and requested source output are sent to the AI service configured by the operator. For this deployment, the configured provider is the provider identified by the operator on request. That provider processes the request under its own policies. Avoid passwords, private keys, sensitive personal information and confidential material you are not authorized to share.
Email and authentication
A configured email delivery service sends a one-time sign-in code. Codes expire after ten minutes and are stored as keyed hashes. A verified email creates an account if one does not exist. Sessions last up to thirty days unless you sign out or delete the account.
Browser-local information
Guest history, favorites, theme preferences and the brief preserved for sign-in use browser storage. Working briefs also stay in the current tab’s session storage. Clearing browser storage removes those local copies. Guest work is not automatically uploaded to your account.
Retention and deletion
Saved account content remains until you delete individual items or your account. Account settings provides an export and permanent deletion from the live database. Expired authentication and abuse records are removed by the maintenance job. Infrastructure logs and backups are controlled by the operator; contact us for their current retention schedule. The supplied backup utility defaults to thirty days of local backup retention.
Payments and administration
Checkout is hosted by Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay. We store order references, purchase amounts, currencies, coupon claims and credit balances, but not your card or bank credentials. Authorized administrators can view saved generations for support and abuse review; these administrative views are audited. Operational metrics include generation counts, token usage or estimates, latency and calculated costs. Deleting an account removes saved writing and disconnects retained accounting records from the account.
Cookies, analytics and sharing
The application uses a necessary session cookie and local preferences. This release does not embed advertising trackers or a third-party analytics collector. Your generations are not published to a public gallery. Server administrators and the services needed to process AI requests and deliver email may access data necessary for their roles.
